HISTORY & STORY BEHIND THE DOMAIN
Ever since my parents got the Internet, I have always been fascinated with websites dedicated to their favorite characters and shows, often recognized as "shrines" or "fanlistings" or "cliques". Almost a year or two into having Internet access, I started learning HTML on my own to try and do the same. Of course, back then, I was a damn idiot when it came to coding, often using depreciated tags and nesting those tags like a retard.

Nonetheless, I ended up creating and abandoning various site projects up until a year or two ago, including Shadow World (my very first website on Angelfire), Burn It Up, Forbidden Midnight, Beelzemon Shrine, and Symphony of Devastation. This site was originally named "Breaching Heaven", but when I finally bought my first domain, I decided to name it "Melodic Apocalypse", which is simply just a bastardization of the title of one of my fictional stories, "Apocalypse Melody".

 PAST LAYOUTS
» CURRENT VERSION - Beautiful Beast.

» Version V - Current domain account; now a fanlisting and network collective, as well as still loosely focused on my writing as well as my favorites of others; my very first themed layout; named Destiny as Dovahkiin; HTML title, "Are you ready to see the world as only a dovah can?"; featured Odahviing and my Argonian Dragonborn character (R'or) from Skyrim, the fifth game in the Elder Scrolls series.

» Version IV - Current domain account; now focused on cliques, fanlistings, blinkies, avatars, and humor, and still my prose and artwork but now others' work as well; banner was bought for a few bucks on Stock Xchange.org, where I then edited it and slapped it on the page; moved away from Flash and delved a little in more advanced HTML and CSS.

» Version III - Moved to my current, bought domain account; still evenly focused on both my writing and artwork; navbar made in Flash; unfortunately, I don't have a screencap, though I'm looking for one.

» Version II - Free-Space.net account; still named "Breaching Heaven"; now focused on both my writing and my artwork; navbar made in Flash.

» Version I - Geocities account; was originally named "Breaching Heaven"; was more focused on my stories than anything else at the time; very basic HTML and CSS.

 CONTENT: NETWORK
I love making websites, so under "Network", you have an easy way of keeping up with my current sites, sites in progress, and ideas for future projects!

 CONTENT: FANLISTING COLLECTIVE
A collection of all of the fanlistings I'm a member of and the fanlistings that I, personally, control.

» Most, if not all, of my currently owned fanlistings are going to be under some serious revisions because they were created years ago. Because I have updated them in years, they're also not "official" as they've long-since been removed from TheFanlistings.org.

» The "Please Build?" pertains to fanlistings that have yet to be made, so either I have to hope that someone will do it or I will have to take it upon myself.

 CONTENT: CLIQUES
A list of cliques and webcliques that I've joined. The difference between the two is that webcliques have a requirement that you own a website (bought or free is up to them) to get listed, whereas normal cliques all you have to do is provide a valid e-mail. The difference between a normal clique and a fanlisting is that cliques cater more to behaviors or mindsets, often with text-based links that allow the members to be unique with their choices (i.e. "I'm on duty .:. Transformers fandom"), whereas fanlistings cater more to being a "fan" of something and joining on that basis alone.

 CONTENT: PROSE
For as long as I've loved creating websites, I've also loved reading and writing both fanfiction and fiction. You'll find lists of my stories, including lists of my favorite stories, reviews of published books I've bought and read, character biographies, and section for harmless sporking.

 CONTENT: EXIT
My extensive collection of favorite websites, including character shrines and my external accounts. You can also find yourself as an affiliate here and my link-out buttons.
